Ansell is fully committed to its obligations as per European Regulation 1907/2006 and its amendments, concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restrictions of Chemicals.
As such, they respect the requirements of Annex XVII (amended by Commission Regulations 190/2012, 494/2011, 366/2011, 207/2011, 276/1010 & 552/2009) related to the ‘restriction on the manufacture, placing on the market and use of certain dangerous substances, preparations and articles’ and they also do not contain any ingredients which are ‘subject to authorisation’ as per Annex XIV (amended by Commission regulations 125/2012 & 143/2011).
With respect to the various defined Candidate lists with “Substances of very high concern (SVHC), and as required by Article 33 of the REACH Regulation, we confirm that our following PPE products currently contain SVHC substances in excess of 0.1 % weight by weight and in excess of 1 tonne per annum imported in the EU per year : None
